Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We complete our products within 7 to 10 business days after received payment. All orders are shipped via UPS or  USPS (United States Postal Services) First Class or Priority Mail depending on weight. A tracking number will be included in the confirmation email when the order is shipped.

 

US - Orders:**First Class takes 2-5 business days**Priority Mail takes 2-3 business days. Please add the processing time to best estimate the arrival time of your package. if you need your order to process faster contact us first.

 

International Orders: Are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Services) First Class with an estimated delivery of 10-14 business day once shipped (this is not including order processing time). In some rare cases shipment time can take up to 21 days depending on Customs Holds for your country. At times your package may be subject to Customs and Import duties fees of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility, as we have no control over the duties being a charge.

 

**We are not responsible for mistakes made by the postal service or another shipping courier. All orders are shipped with tracking confirmation, so if the order shows that it’s been delivered, we have done our part. We will do our best to help if any shipping problems occur.
