Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all customized and made-to-order items are final sale.

Once an order has been placed and production has begun, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Custom items are created specifically to your design selections, including names, colors, sizes, fonts, layouts, and materials, and cannot be resold.

 

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details before submitting their order. This includes spelling, sizing, colors, and design placement. We are not responsible for errors approved at checkout.

 

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a production error caused by us, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. If the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

 

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only if production has not started. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer accepted.

 

Non-Custom Items (If Applicable)

If you purchase a non-custom or ready-to-ship item, those may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
